Téma bakalářské práce je rozbor činnosti složek integrovaného záchranného systému při řešení složitých dopravních nehod. V úvodu je rozbor vzrůstající dopravy obecně. Potom jsou provedeny rozbory vzrůstající dopravy, nehodovosti za poslední deset let, porovnání nehodovosti se zahraničními státy za posledních deset let dle údajů ze statistik. Dále je zmíněna dálnice a možnosti vzniklého nebezpečí pro řidiče. Nastíněny jsou příklady hromadných dopravních nehod na dálnici. Následující část rozebírá systém integrovaného záchranného systému. Jeho úkoly vůči státu. Jednotlivé složky a jejich činnost. Práce rozebírá modelový příklad složité hromadné nehody. Zásah je vyhodnocen. Jsou vytaženy klady a zápory. V závěru je navrženo zkvalitnění provedeného zásahu.The topic of the Bachelor thesis is “Analysis of activities of components of the integrated rescue system at investigation of complicated traffic accidents”. The introductory part deals with an analysis of increasing traffic operation in general. It includes detailed reviews of increasing traffic flows, analyses of accident rates for the last decade, comparison of accident rates with foreign countries for the last decade according to the data obtained from traffic statistics. The Dissertation deals also with the issues of motorway traffic and possibilities of dangers arising for drivers in this context. Examples of mass traffic accidents on motorways are provided for as well. This part is followed up by an analysis of the structure of the integrated rescue system from such points of view as its tasks towards the government, individual components and their activities. The Dissertation analyses a model example of a complex traffic accident. The intervention is evaluated and specific positive and negative aspects are emphasised. A quality improvement for the intervention carried out is mentioned in the conclusion.

Production of high-pressure feeder on Electric discharge machines

Tato práce obsahuje stručný úvod do elektroerosivního obrábění a jeho použití pro konkrétní výrobu vysokotlakého zásobníku. Jsou zváženy další možné varianty vý-roby zásobníku a vybrána nejvhodnější kombinace způsobu výroby. Na závěr je doporučeno využití dalších nekonvenčních způsobu obrábění.This thesis provides a short introduction to the electroerosion machining and its application to the production of a specific high-pressure feeder. Other possible options of production of the feeder have been considered and the best combination of the manufacturing method selected. Finally are recommendations of using other unconventional machining methods.

Import 03/08/2012Tato bakalářská práce vznikla na základě mého praktikantského pobytu ve společnosti Škoda Auto. Zabývá se problematikou testování radionavigačních systémů implementovaných do sériových automobilů Škoda Auto, pomocí simulace dopravních hlášení. Podrobně rozebírá jak teoretickou stránku fungování celého systému, tak i popis praktických testů a testovacích scénářů v simulačním prostředí GEWI. V teoretické části se věnuje popisu struktury systému RDS-TMC, fungováním a využitím jeho služeb v běžném provozu u nás i v zahraničí. V praktické části je zde pak nastíněn reálně využitelný návrh testovacích scénářů, skutečné ověření chování systému v běžném provozu a shrnutí zaznamenaných výsledků.The bachelor thesis is based on my internship experience with Škoda Auto Company. The thesis deals with the testing of radionavigation systems and their implementation to production Škoda Auto cars. Also, it studies the theoretical side of the performance of the whole system and describes practical tests and testing scenarios used in simulation environment GEWI. The theoretical part focuses on the description of the RDS-TMC system structure, its performance and whether it is used by common customer in Czech Republic as well as in foreign countries. Analysis of the ŠKODA brand perceptions on different markets

Lately, brands are becoming increasingly important across all industries. Consumers are forming relationships with brands attributing brand building process a great significance. Automotive industry belongs to the most competitive industries with high brand loyalty attributing the brand even greater importance. This study focuses on a carmaker ŠKODA and perception of its brand between Czech, German and Finnish markets. In order to find the similarities and differences between the researched markets and provide future brand development, following objectives were set. First objective was to develop a theoretical framework integrating the brand equity components and the brand identity model on in-depth literature review, which serve as a basis for the empirical part. Second objective was to develop an overview regarding the branding benchmarks and current trends in the automotive industry. Thirdly, the objective was to analyze the three markets’ similarities and differences in brand perceptions of the case company ŠKODA based on the conducted survey and compare the results with previous studies. Lastly, based on the theory background, benchmarks, trends and conducted research, provide suggestions on how to improve brand perceptions of ŠKODA on researched markets. A quantitative research method, specifically an online questionnaire, has been chosen for this research. Total amount of 195 respondents from the three analyzed markets approached the questionnaire. However, not all respondents were admitted to participate in the research after the introductory question due to their possible influence on the findings which resulted in having 54 respondents from Czech Republic, 64 from Germany and 59 from Finland who fully completed the questionnaire. The research findings confirmed a strong position of ŠKODA brand on the Czech market, where perceptions predominantly surpassed the remaining markets. The situation between the respondent’s perceptions in Germany and Finland was, however, not as evident. Previous studies already examined the brand perception of ŠKODA to some extent on the Czech market, however, no similar studies have been made on the markets of Germany and Finland. Therefore, this study compares the findings between individual researched markets as well as compares the findings with previous studies from Czech Republic. Despite different target groups, the results from previous studies on the Czech market were mostly in line with this study. A cross market comparison has been made with a study examining the brand perceptions of ŠKODA between United Kingdom and Poland. Common findings across markets and differences between genders have also been examined in this study. For further brand development, establishment of a car-sharing platform, communication of the vehicle connectivity features, communication through social media, consideration of subscription services and use of AR and VR tech-nologies in connection with COVID-19 pandemic was advised with regard to the researched target group

Evaluation of trees success on OKR spoil dumps

Import 05/08/2014Diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením úspěšnosti dřevin na odvalech v Ostravsko-karvinském revíru. Výzkum byl prováděn po dva roky a to 2012-2013 a 2013-2014. Pro tento účel byly vybrány dva odvaly a ke každému z nich byla přiřazena referenční plocha, která vykazovala podobnou skladbu dřevin jako sledovaná složiště. Pro statistické vyhodnocení úspěšnosti jednotlivých dřevin byla volena metoda měření délkových přírůstků neboli letorostů. Předkládaná práce je členěna do dvou částí a to na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá především charakteristikou území, kde se nachází sledované odvaly a k nim přiřazené referenční plochy. Výzkumná část se pak zabývá statistickým určením nejúspěšnějších dřevin a celkovým vyhodnocením stavu lesnických rekultivací na sledovaných odvalech. Veškeré výsledky jsou probrány v následné diskuzi a závěru.This thesis deals with the evaluation of success trees on spoil banks in the Ostrava -Karvina district. The research was carried out over two years and 2012-2013 and 2013-2014 . For this purpose, we selected two heaps and to each reference area, which has a similar composition as watching the unloading yard trees . For statistical evaluation of the success of individual trees were chosen method of measurement of length increments or herbaceous. The present work is divided into two parts, the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals mainly with the characteristics of the area, where the tracked mines and their associated reference sites . The research section deals with statistical determining successful trees and the overall evaluation of the state forest reclamation on spoil banks monitored . Application for Mikrotik RouterOS Remote Management

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem a tvorbou aplikace pro vzdálenou správu MikroTik RouterOS. V rámci práce byla vytvořena aplikace umožňující konfiguraci síťových služeb směrovačů. Práce obsahuje návrh a implementaci aplikace v programovacím jazyce C#. Použitím frameworku Mono bylo dosaženo přenositelnosti aplikace mezi operačními systémy MS Windows a Linux. Aplikace využívá přehledné grafické uživatelské rozhraní pro snadnou správu zařízení s MikroTik RouterOS.This bachelor´s thesis deals with design and implementation of an application for remote management MikroTik RouterOS. Within this thesis has been created an application which allows to configure network router services. The thesis contains design and implementation of an application written in programming language C#. The application is runnable under operation systems MS Windows and Linux by using framework Mono. The application uses a user friendly graphical interface for simple management devices with MikroTik RouterOS.

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá detekcí škodlivých domén za pomoci analýzy pasivního DNS provozu, návrhem a implementací vlastního systému detekce. Provoz DNS se stává terčem mnoha útočníků, kteří využívají toho, že služba DNS je nezbytná pro fungování Internetu. Téměř každá internetová komunikace totiž začíná DNS dotazem a odpovědí. Zneužívání služby DNS nebo využívání slabin této služby se projevuje anomálním chováním DNS provozu. Tato práce obsahuje popis různých metod používaných pro odhalování anomálií a škodlivých domén v DNS datech. Hlavní částí práce je návrh a implementace systému pro detekci škodlivých domén. Spektroskopie individuálních molekul v nanokavitě rastrovacího tunelového mikroskopu

Skenovací tunelovou mikroskopií indukovaná luminiscence (STML) v kombinaci s mikroskopií atomárních sil (AFM) s vysokým rozlišením jsou účinným nástrojem pro studium fotofyziky jednotlivých molekulárních chromoforů na čistých površích s atom- ární strukturou. Mechanismus přeměny energie mezi tunelujícími elektrony a vyzářenými fotony v molekulách s nezhybridizovanými stavy nacházejících se v nanokavitě mezi skeno- vací sondou a kovovým vzorkem však není zcela objasněn, neboť závisí na mnoha parame- trech. Tato práce se věnuje rozvoji nových experimentálních přístupů ke studiu těchto sys- témů. Použitelnost hrotů zakončených CO molekulou pro STML jsme ukázali spek- troskopií a prostorovým mapováním intenzity fotonů vyzařovaných zinkovým ftalocya- ninem na substrátu NaCl/kov s rozlišením lepším než nanometr. Ke studiu dynamiky excitonů a náboje v téže molekule v závislosti na přiloženém napětí jsme vyvinuli a ap- likovali metodiku časově rozlišené fázové fluorometrie. Dále jsme studovali vliv prostředí chromoforu na jeho emisní energii a vazebnou energi excitonu. Také jsme u molekul na povrchu jako první pozorovali a objasnili přítomnost molekulárních librací na základě hřebenovitého tvaru emisní čáry, která je výsledkem elektronických přechodů s různými libračními kvantovými čísly a chirální adsorpční...Scanning tunneling microscopy-induced luminescence (STML) combined with high- resolution atomic force microscopy (AFM) is a powerful tool for studying the photophysics of individual molecular emitters on surfaces. However, the mechanism of energy conver- sion between tunneling electrons and photons in decoupled systems placed in a nanocavity of STM is not fully understood as it depends on many variables. This thesis presents a range of proof-of-concept experimental approaches. The vi- ability of CO-terminated tips for STML is demonstrated by performing subnanometer- resolved spectroscopy and mapping of photon intensity acquired over zinc phthalocyanine on NaCl/metal substrate. For the same molecule, time-resolved phase fluorometry is de- vised and is used to reveal the exciton and charge dynamics as a function of the applied bias voltage. Of more fundamental character, the role of the chromophore environment on its exciton emission and binding energy is studied. For the first time, we observed and explained the presence of molecular librations in molecules on the surface from a comb-like emission line resulting from the exciton-libron coupling and the chiral adsorp- tion geometry.
